Entry Rules & Regulations

Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned in this form prior to submitting your application. Registration confirmation received will be subject to applicable confirmation criteria and the entry rules given herein.
Participants can register only online using this registration link and pay applicable entry fees based on the race category opted for. No individual/group has been authorised to collect entries on behalf of the event organizer D A Anandpura Cultural & Sports Centre, Ankleshwar.
Once you register online, your details cannot be changed. For any corrections, please email at aidssportscomplex@gmail.com
Participants must register on or before the closing date of the registration; no new entries will be accepted after 31^st December 2025.
Registration fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo or not being allowed to run on the race day due to high temperature or being unwell.
Please save the confirmation email received after registration as a reference for future communications.
Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or timing bib tag with another individual will be disqualified from the event and shall not be allowed to apply or participate in the subsequent edition of the event.
Please note if you don’t wear your timing bib tag as instructed, you won’t be able to get an official finish time and thereby the official Certificate recording your finish times. No bib tag – No Timing – No Prize.
No vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race; you will be asked to leave the course.
Only those confirmed participants wearing the running number bibs will be allowed on the route. Any person found wearing the incorrect bib or no bib will be disqualified and removed by the course security.
Further, every runner must wear his/her running number bib on the front of the vest. Any mutilation, fold, alteration or damage to the bib will amount to disqualification of the runner from the event.
Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.
Baggage counters are available for all participants. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables such as a mobile phone, camera, jewelry, watch, or electronic gadgets in the bag stored. Organisers are not responsible for any loss of baggage and/or its belongings
Participants are requested to cooperate with the police and security personnel deputed at the event venue and on the route. Participants/supporters are liable to random checking on race day – this is for your own security.
The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this application form is at the sole discretion of the Event Organizing team and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances, and the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising hereunder.
Any race day audio, video, or visual recordings made by a participant at the Ankleshwar Marathon 2024 BIB Expo or on race day are to be used only for personal purposes; these cannot be used for any commercial purpose.
The rules listed are subject to change as per the discretion of the Event Heads and the Organising Committee.

BIB Expo – Collect Your Running Number & T-shirt

Date: 15^th to 17^th January, 2026

Time: 03.00 pm to 07.00pm

Location: D A Anandpura Cultural & Sports Centre, Ankleshwar

Participants have to show the Email OR SMS which has their BIB number. Alternatively, please show registration information via SMS/email while collecting the BIB.

At the time of bib collection, participants are requested to carry original ID proof (ID Proof which has a Photo and Date of Birth)

No race category changes will be allowed

No t-shirt exchange will be allowed. (We will try our best to accommodate the tee size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size tee will be offered. Any requests for changes in size or colour will not be entertained. Please note that no race day tee will be couriered to anyone pre or post the event.)

Participants will not be allowed on the Race Day without a BIB

Unavailable for the BIB Collection? Assign someone! authorization letter signed by the registered runner.

She/he must carry a soft copy of the Registration Confirmation [With BIB Details] email / SMS.

Soft Copy of their ID Proof Note: BIBs will not be distributed on race day.

No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Expo.

Refund Policy

While we will never cancel an event because of weather or environmental conditions, conditions may necessitate a postponement to a later date. In the event of a postponement, we will work with our local partners and the local authorities to secure a make-up date. Your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.

Disclaimer

I am voluntarily participating in the Ankleshwar Marathon 2026 with complete knowledge of the associated risks, and I agree to accept responsibility for all risks of injury. By signing this Waiver and Release, I declare that I am medically able, properly trained, physically fit and capable of participating in a race, and that my medical care provider has approved my participation. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the Ankleshwar Marathon 2026. I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Ankleshwar Marathon 2026. I agree to assume all risks and to release and hold harmless the Ankleshwar Marathon 2026 Team. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding upon our heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. I hereby grant my consent and permission to Ankleshwar Marathon 2026, its Partner organisations, and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application, and/or my name, photograph, videotape, motion picture recording, voice or likeness for any purpose, including pre-race and post-race publicity.
